Caselletti Appassimento Edition Wine 1 Production Process of Italian Wine Caselletti

Production area: Puglia, 250/300 m above sea level

Soil: Limestone, mixed with clay and sand

Grapes: 40% Nero di Troia, 30% Primitivo, 30% Merlot

Age of vines: 40-70 years

Manual harvest and arrangement of bunches in single layers in perforated boxes weighing up to 5 kg. The boxes are placed on lofts at controlled temperature and humidity for 5 weeks.
